Certain features may require connecting a blockchain wallet (e.g., TON wallet). You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your wallet's private keys and seed phrases.
All activity occurring through your connected wallet.
Ensuring your wallet is compatible with the supported network.

We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your wallet.

4. Digital Assets & NFTs

Our games may feature non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and in-game digital assets. You acknowledge that:

Digital assets have no guaranteed monetary value.
Ownership is governed by the respective blockchain protocol, not by us.
We may modify game mechanics that affect the utility of digital assets.
Digital assets are not securities, investments, or financial instruments.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain advantages.
Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other players.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our software.
Use our Services for illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.

All content, graphics, code, branding, and game assets are the exclusive property of Oclopus LLC, unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or specific game outcomes. Blockchain networks operate independently and are beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oclopus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of in-game assets, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Oclopus LLC's place of registration. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent courts of jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via our website or in-game communications.
